Joel was able to come out and fix our hot water tank that was leaking all over the place on a Friday evening. Awesome service!

Joel came by today to fix my furnace and replace the thermostat. He explained everything, was quick and the price was good. So glad I have him to call on when I need a fix. I highly recommend him.

Honest and reliable service. Two other AC techs said my system was toast and tried to sell me on a new unit, but Joel said he can repair it for a reasonable price, he had the parts handy and had me up and running within 3 hours.

Much appreciated!

Joel got my AC working in peak summer after it failed, and calibrated the setup for my AC and Furnace. Very polite and flexible to accomodate my schedule on a weekend, and did not try to upsell his services/products, giving genuine guidance on maintenance. Overall, fantastic service and a fantastic person.

Joel is awesome! He had our AC back up and running within a few hours from when we called him. Having no air conditioning with a newborn is very stressful, Thanks for the rapid response! We also LOVE the tankless hot water heater he installed 3yrs ago. It makes a huge difference with our large family.

I had a really great experience with Quest Mechanical Group. My furnace stopped working and the heater wouldn’t turn on, so I reached out to Joel and he came to my house really quickly. He tried fixing the motor first, but when it didn’t work, he came back the next morning with a new replacement and got everything running properly.

Joel clearly knows what he’s doing. He explained everything in a way that was easy to understand and was very upfront about the issue and the cost. There were no hidden fees at all, everything was clearly detailed in the invoice he sent to me for approval before moving forward. I really appreciated the transparency. The pricing was also competitive compared to other companies I checked.

Super professional, friendly, and reliable. I’ll definitely be calling him again for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!
